There are a couple PSS in our district that sell wire, plywood, and drywall to resellers at very low margins. Both stores lead in PRO sales. Our district is struggling overall and these PSS are typically hitting bonus because of these sales. I asked my manager if I could pursue resellers and was told it’s against policy and I could be fired for doing so. Why can some do it and others can’t?
