I have made a serious decision to stop relying on AI. Even I stopped months ago but I still use it to study for an upcoming test or anything else last minute.

I genuinely forgot how to do anything. Please I need your help.

I know what I'm asking for is really vague but maybe, how can I study without AI? I know I can just pick up a pencil, start writing notes but I feel like it's not enough.

I used to know how to study, it used to come naturally. Now I don't know.

I want to get smarter. I need to lock in.

I feel myself getting dumber every time I use AI. Please.
