Well, this has been a learning experience. So-

I fixed the switch and pot as per the comments in my previous post, but it still sounds like a gassy bee hive- just more consistent (maybe). God awful on guitar but not terrible on bass (?).

What do next? Swap the transistor direction and see if it was reversed? Check each joint? Call my day job back and beg for mercy and forgiveness?

First build ever- this LPB sounds like a Bazz Fuss with a bad case of gas. The pot also appears to be working backwards..?

Where should I start the troubleshooting?
