Hello guys, needs a second opinion on pc parts. Currently, I have a few parts salvaged from an old PC whose motherboard died.

I have :

GTX 1070ti

2x8gb ddr4 ram

I intend to replace the cpu. Most of the time, the number of concurrent user on jellyfin is 3. I intend to run ubuntu server on the machine. I should not need AV1 encoding. My question is do you think for my usecase, a 1070ti is sufficient? What cpu would you recommend? I've seen the document on jellyfin's website that recommends intel cpu with igpu or if u have a dedicated gpu, just use a decent enough intel cpu
