So i stopped smoking a week ago. Since then my "easy" running pace went from 6:45/km to around 6:00/km while my heartrate during those runs dropped from around 152 to around 145.
I feel awesome as i Training mostly with heartrate zones.
But my Enduro 3 lowered my treshold from 171 to 168 and my max heartrate from 191 to 188. And that messed my zones up a lot.
Is this physical or should i am for the old zones for my Trainings?
