Question how true is that once you are on the road driving it would ask you to blow like randomly..
or car locks?

Which I don’t think is safe.. you know ?

In order to get my license back I need to complete this

•A $125 reissue fee must be paid to DMV 14904 and 14906 VC

•proof of financial responsibility as provided in 16430 VC

•you must maintain proof of financial responsibility for 3 years.

Question what’s 16430 ?

Cause it says: proof of financial responsibility may be met by a 35,000 cash deposit or 35,000 surety bond.

Can someone please explain this to me?

Those are the codes that are in the letter that means no DUI classes, right?
