All last summer I was heavily pregnant and allowed my toddler to play with bubbles, often dumping a whole container down his shirt because bubbles are mostly water and the clothes can be washed…. Right? Wrong!

Head over to the laundry sub and look up polyquat stains to learn more. I realized recently after going through his summer clothing that most shirts are wrecked. Sneakily, the stains appear after washing. So you might not notice right away. Then they are impossible to get out. They look like light oil stains.

Buy non-staining bubble solution (it exists) and RUN from bubble machines at events with unknown solutions. Why didn’t anyone tell me? I’m here to tell you.
