Amazon decreeing that I am not worthy to see the customer reviews for a pair of headphones

I had to formally request permission to see more than 3 reviews for a pair of headphones I was curious about and then waited 5 business days for this response

(I just bought a pair of JBL earbuds at Best Buy instead)
