Just had one of my favourite experiences. I started Run/Hide 2/6 on solo-no-fill, not really expecting to get it done. I had a fairly casual loadout, but figured I could at least find the beacon you need.
Running towards Quarantine I turn a corner and have to jump to avoid a Thief. Thankfully they’re chill, we both say friendly and do the crouchies, and get on our way.
As I enter quarantine, a destroyer runs out and immediately shields. I jump for cover but thankfully they’re friendly too. Very lucky.
Call down the commander but I was clearly not prepped for this. Almost out of ammo and having to get into cover, another runner starts blasting the commander from the roof of Algae Ponds. When they start crouching, I realize it’s the friendly thief. They jump in and help me finish it up. Couple of good lucks later, we’re on our separate ways.
Exfil at AI Uplink. Just as I run out I get a “friendly!” over proximity chat. It’s the destroyer. Let him get out with me.
