Beginner needing general advice and help with pee smell
Hello, I recently got a hamster and would really appreciate some guidance. He is a dwarf winter white and constantly pees/poops on his wheel and the pee smell is horrible that it woke me up in the middle of the night.
He’s currently in a 10 gallon tank with about 8 inches of bedding, is that a good amount? I do plan on giving him a bigger home and wondered if the bin was a good size.
Any help would be great and I’d also appreciate some tips on hides and enrichment.
