Advice For Starting My Tulpamancy Journey?
firsr time posting in this sub reddit so i hope im doing it right! :)
so basically i want to know how to start thinking more actively if that makes sense? like i feel heavily dissociated (have for a long time, so its hard to break the habit) and want to ground myself and help form a tulpa. i think thinking about thinking helps but if you have tips id love to hear them!
also do you have any unusual tips? or methods for helping you? personally ive tried listening to music and imagining my tulpa singing (if they like that song ofc)
im hoping to post some progress updates in the future, maybe on a day by day basis (depending on my progress, ik it often takes a long time) and im excited to be apart of this community!!
