Hi all, I have a 14 LTZ, I can't remember, its been a long time, but I got the module for the side detection replaced under the extended warranty for the known issue with them.

It's been at least 6 years since, but my dash for the last two years has said service side detection, I just drove it as is. Recently, the light on the driver side mirror stays on, with the car on and when the car is off.

My question is, can I unplug both sides, and do you think that will make the light go off? I'm assuming the dash will still say service, but that I can live with. It's the light staying on that I dont like.
