Greek Yogurt, Fresh Berries, Granola
This bowl of greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola runs me about $1.50 a bowl. My local grocery store charges $5 for the same amount of greek yogurt with less berries and granola. It is well worth it to cut up two cartons of strawberries and add a carton of blue berries to keep in the fridge for the week.
I also heard that it is a lot better to add fresh fruit to greek yogurt because the fruit slurry they put in with yogurt kills all the probiotics in the yogurt.
