whats going on with my weight?
Hello, I was overweight my entire life until the middle of 2025 where I decided to go from 165 to 130. After losing that initial weight I decided to start lifting weights to balance out my body and get rid of the skinny fat look but my weight has just continuously gone down. Im 5’8 and 118 lbs now even though I’ve consistently ate around 1800 to 2000 cals most days. These past two months I’ve actually been eating in a surplus 1900-2300 with not even that many steps 3000 to 7000 and managed to lose another pound. I never do cardio EVER and I lift 4x a week. Im scared of losing more weight but im scared of getting fat im also female. What do i do and how do i build more muscle?
