Hi

Quick question about Category B (overseas sponsor returning).

I’m currently living overseas and at the time of application will have 12 months of overseas income meeting the financial requirement.

To help with the job hunting process a bit, can I move back to the UK before my wife applies for the visa, or do I need to still be overseas at the time of application?
