I've tried tweaking keywords and going down rabbit holes from related threads. Sometimes it works but most of the time it just doesn't. Is there any tool or app that actually helps you surface the most relevant reddit discussions quickly before they blow up?

Keeping up with certain reddit threads feels like a chore. I constantly refresh, revisit searches, and still miss important updates. I'm looking for a smarter way to follow conversations. Does anything like that exists, or is this just how it is?
