• Use engaging visuals (stock footage, motion, simple graphics)
• Maintain fast pacing (no boring sections)

Looking for editing similar to:

• MagnatesMedia
• Ali Abdaal (storytelling style)
• Modern documentary-style YouTube

Requirements:

• Understand pacing and retention
• Can cut every 2–4 seconds where needed
• Basic motion graphics is a plus
• Can follow instructions and improve over time

Budget:
$20–$40 per video (based on quality)
