So it use to be tpx to enter the green screen now it has changed and all the other inputs too - our store manager hasn't explained the changes well- can someone please help

I have this coworkers who is bad at confrontation and has mentioned that being on customer service is damaging her mental health - she is perfectly fine stacking shelves and working on tills - she gets threatened when she in the customer service desk and has requested to not be in there

Is there away to put not put her in that position? Is there a form where she can officially ask not to be placed in there?

(She is also not getting paid the (customer service pay))
