Hi all! Like many vehicles, my van came from the factory with additional wiring looms that are unused (optional extras etc). I don't have cruise control but most of the vans I've come across that are the same make and model do.

Was doing some maintenance with the dash out a while ago and noticed one of said "extra" wiring looms taped up behind the steering wheel, with a spot to plug into.

I'm wondering if I found a different steering wheel with Cruise control on it, if it might plug straight in. Anybody had any experiences with or like this before? Would the ECU or BCM need changing or reprogramming as well?
