Compression leggings post-surgery

Hi everyone,

I’m almost 4 weeks out of 360 surgery on my legs. Lipedema stage 1/2, 170cm, 63 kg before surgery, 58 now.
I want to start going back to the gym soon and would love to find a compression leggings for training. My MLD specialist recommended Oysho Compression line. Do you have an experience with it, or any other brand I should look for?

I prefer them to look less like compression stockings and more like leggings.

Thank you!

Hello everyone.

I have a balayage/highlights in my hair. I have been going to the hair salon every month to do the toner. It is a quite expensive procedure so I decided to do it myself at home and learn a bit, except than I’m completely new to this and I’ve never done it before.

I called my hair salon to get the exact formula of the toner. My hair is currently again turning orange and for the next toner I am aiming for something more whiter blonde (with still a bit of warmth) than the orange/brown tone I have currently. The formula that my hairstylist used on me is Redken EQ 3/4 10NB + 1/4 7NW. I wish to do something very similar just with less orange/brown tones in it if it makes sense?

Initially I was thinking only doing 10NB without mixing it with 7NW but not sure if it will make the hair look flat? Another toner I was looking at is 10AG but I’m scared it will not lift the orange enough.

Also, for the front lighter parts, should I apply the same toner as on the rest of the hair to keep them light?

Any formula advice or guide on how to choose the toners properly will be much much appreciated!!
