I’m 20 and recently started working at a restaurant. A male coworker who offered me rides home after shifts repeatedly made sexual comments and kept pressuring me about sex even after I clearly said no and mentioned I had a boyfriend. I don’t know his exact age, but he has a wife and a 14-year-old daughter. He also kept telling me I could hide it from my boyfriend and that “it would happen one day.”
Nothing physical happened, but I felt really uncomfortable and trapped being alone in the car and kind of froze during the conversations. I ended up reporting it to management because I no longer felt comfortable working closely with him, but now I’m scared I overreacted since there was no physical touching.
