Nobody wants to do a good job and they're proud of it. We shouldn't need to be waiting in line behind these elderly folk and people with zero sense of urgency and zero clue what they're there for. There should be an express lane for couriers. It's common sense logistics. Instead they have booths blocked and force us into one single line. It's bad enough they reduced pay and make us wait for the customer to complete the delivery. Now they are also bundling multiple deliveries into one for the price of one payout.
