This photo above is a good example of what my hair looks like on a day to day basis but add tighter ringlets around the face normally…like Victorian style ringlets. Once I started learning about my hair and the effort that goes into it I started to explore hair products but haven’t found the right fit yet.
What are your recommendations for wavy/curry hair? I’ve tried redken, native, etc a lot of others I’m blanking on right now. I tried the l’oreal dream length shampoo/conditioner most recently. I just find that almost everything has stripped my hair into oblivion and made it flat/dry or made it way too heavy and gave me shampoo buildup. I use not your mothers leave in conditioner, and curly hair gels but not moose. So if yall have recs for the entire the routine that would be appreciated too!
Currently:
L’Oréal dream length shampoo (double shampoo)
Same conditioner
Brush my hair
Not your mothers leave in conditioner (finger comb)
Not your mothers curl cream (spray)
Brush my hair one more time
Scrunch
Air dry a little
Trader Joe’s frizz serum
Air dry
Oh and I only brush it when it’s wet
