why are some saying they can enter canvas again rmit itself is saying no its unavailable

Idk jst wondering if with product can I make my hair more wavy also would this be considered 1c?

And it seems dry to me how do I stop it from frizzing

i shampoo twice a week and use whatever conditioner is in the shower lol
