Found my wife texting another man at 2 AM. How to legally prepare for a divorce?
We're a newly married couple (arranged), 27M & 24F. We were given like 7 months to talk before marriage without any parental interference. She always acted fine and behaved like a shy, homely girl.
It's been 2+ months of marriage but I always feel that she's been more distant to be than normal. For information, there is no dowry/gifts involved. No pressure from my family.
We live at my parents' house. I've caught her using phone late in night (1AM, 2AM, 3AM) many times but never got to see her screen. Yesterday was the day, she assumed that I was asleep but I wasn't. Saw her texting some guy but couldn't read the messages.
I'm not saying that she's definitely cheating. But as far as I know, she doesn't have any "friend" or "cousin" living in another time zone whom she has to chat this secretly every now and then.
I want to prepare for the worst case scenario before confronting her. She's a housewife and we got physical like 3 times in this marriage. We gave her 400 gm Gold during marriage, it's all in the photos. She keeps it in her side of wardrobe. We want to keep it in our family in case a divorce occurs, 50% of it is part of our ancestral gold while the other 50% bought by my parents' hardwork.
