Delivery Agent is marking item as rejected by himself
So I am trying to order a Ray Ban Meta Glasses through Amazon. When the Parcel is out for delivery the delivery agent is marking the item as rejected by me even though I haven’t rejected the item. This has happened twice for the same order. What might be the issue ? . I have filed a complaint against Amazon India. ps: for context I am exchanging my old iPhone XR where back panel is cracked, I have declared it prehand on exchange page. Is it because of exchange delivery guy is marking the order as rejected ?
