How to provide friends details in ILR application
Hi Guys,
I am about to complete 10 years of legal residence in the UK (through various visas and currently on skilled worker visa) and I am now completing my ILR application. There is a question "Do you have any family in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years?" Followed by "Provide details - List their names, where they live, how you are related to them, and what type of contact you have with them". Immediately following this question there is "Do you have any friends in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years?" and also "Provide details - List their names, where they live, how you are related to them, and what type of contact you have with them". Does anybody had these questions on their ILR applications? How many should I list? I ask because in the "Provide details" bit they seem to require quite a lot of detail and I am fine providing those for my immediate family, but a bit uneasy on how I should proceed regarding friends, as I don't have friends in my country anymore that I keep close contact, unfortunately. I now contact friends in there on birthdays and Christmas. I appreciate any help.
