The more it grows, the smaller the new leaves get. I’m not sure why. Maybe it needs repotting? It’s been in the same pot since I bought it two years ago

I (29F) have tried Soolantra twice, 5 months the first time and 7 months the second. It helps a bit with the texture and flushing but I keep getting the whiteheads and papules.
Derm suggested low dose Accutane which I am thinking about but I don’t want to go on it during the summer so it’s not an option right now.
I see Soolantra being praised all over this sub but what do we do when it doesn’t work ?
I am based in EU and triple cream isn’t an option in my country, it doesn’t exist.
