Hi, my new Gen 3 Mobile Charger throttles down to 6 amps after 20-30 minutes of charging. It presents with streaming green lights and a continuous blinking red light. Manual says it's the vehicle connector being too hot, but it doesn't feel hot. Recently replaced receptacle and it helped but issue still persists. Anything else that I can try?
