I’m facing a serious issue with Flipkart, and I’m not getting any proper support or resolution.
Here’s exactly what happened:
• I placed an order with an exchange option
• The delivery agent came, collected my old item, and took the OTP
• However, he did NOT give me the new product
• He said he was unable to scan the product and would deliver it the next day
A few hours later:
• The order was marked as “Delivered” in the app
• I never received the replacement item
I tried calling the delivery person, but I’m unable to reach him.
Current situation:
• My old item is gone
• I didn’t receive the new product
• I cannot contact the delivery agent
• Flipkart support is only giving generic responses with no real help
When I asked customer support for the nearby hub contact or any way to reach the delivery team, they refused to provide it. They simply asked me to wait, even though they should be able to track the agent internally.
Another major issue is the support system itself:
The Flipkart help bot keeps putting me in a repetitive loop — it keeps asking the same set of questions again and again without giving any actual resolution or escalation option. It feels completely ineffective in handling real problems like this.
To add to this:
One of my friends faced a very similar issue, and his case was never resolved. Because of that, I even placed another order just to understand how the process works.
In that second order:
• A different delivery agent came
• I explained this situation to him
• Even he confirmed that this is clearly the fault of the previous delivery agent
• He said he would try to check internally
So even delivery personnel acknowledge the issue, but customer support is not taking responsibility.
At this point, this honestly feels like a serious failure in the system.
