so i (16F) was not allowed any form of social media until my freshman year of high school when i was finally allowed to get tiktok. when i eventually asked if i could post some silly videos, my parents said yes and i had a lot of fun with it. ive now had tiktok for over two years and ive been posting sometimes and its been making me really happy. my mom recently found out my account wasnt set to private (which i thought she was aware of) and she got really mad. she wanted to take away my phone and delete all social media for good. i didnt even think she would care that my account was public, especially considering i wasnt posting anything questionable or talking to anyone online. i was only friends with people i knew from school. i feel like most other kids my age are allowed to have public social media accounts and i would really love to have one. i understand that this is a crazy thing to be upset about, but i really enjoy expressing myself through reposts and little videos. am i being insane?

am i the only one who doesnt understand why people camp out soooo early for ethel cain concerts? im new to concert-going so bear with me if this is a stupid statement to make. but i absolutely love ethel cain and would obviously love to get barricade at her concerts. on the other hand though, i dont see how it is enjoyable to camp out literally a full day before the doors open. i feel like it would just make you sleep deprived and cranky?? but this is also just because im jealous other people have the drive to go sit outside at 1 am in order to be front row. i wanna be able to actually see so bad (im short) but i really dont know how i could possibly arrive that early. anyone have any insight onto just how early you usually have to show up to be at least close to the barricade? also- how do you guys get through camping out at venues?
