Terrible roommate situations

So, my roommate (m31) recently went through two separate court cases. One was for non payment of rent, disturbance of peace, and safety concerns. That was in February, and rent hadn't been paid since October, so, five months non payment. In addition to that, the neighbors complained to the landlord after the constant fighting between my roommate and his girlfriend (f48) made them concerned as well as the girlfriend's son (14) making a ton of noise and jumping around so hard that you could feel it through both apartments became unbearable. In addition to that, they reported to the police that masked individuals busted into their house looking for my roommate.

The court only required the rent to be paid, which they did but, the landlord refiled for tenant holdover (his lease had actually ended in December and the landlord stated that he no longer wanted to continue with the month to month lease as of february.) In addition to that, he also filed for non payment again as my roommate hadn't paid rent since february's court date and also for violation of the lease as it states that no one not on the lease can live in the house for more than a week but, his girlfriend has been here since October as well as her son and dog( dogs are not allowed in the house due to previous damages caused by negligence from previous tenants.)

This time, the court ordered an eviction with the date set for May 7th.

I know it has only been a day, but they not only have yet to leave but, also are showing no signs of intent to even do so. I don't know if or when the police might get involved and they've begun to cause messes and smoke in the house. It's stressing me out because if I try to clean, the girlfriend makes a point to destroy whatever I've cleaned up.

Idk I just felt like I needed to vent this just to let off a little of my frustration.
