Every year when winters hits, my whole routine just falls apart. I stop going out as much, walking gets almost zero, and I end up eating way more junk then usual. It's like all the good habits just disappear. Summer me and winter me feel like two different people😅. I try to stay consistent, but the cold, short days and just low energy make it really hard.
Dose this happen to anyone else?
How do you actually stay active and eat better during winter?
