So I have been here a few months, I am on the BPG side of the house. I am not a people manager, and my actual title is not manager, but I guess in the HR system I am manager level, so because of that I have to go through all the trainings that people managers do, most recent one assigned is the Performance Feedback and Documentation one. I guess it is nice to know the processes our mgmt are supposed to go through when our review is being worked on.
