I think it’d be good for housing, and maybe lower rents? I’m not sure, I just thought of it. What do you guys think?

I always hear people say “there’s no great comedy movies right now” compared to the 2000’s and 2010’s, where we had classic after classic. To name a few:
Ted movies
Anchorman
Superbad
Jump streets
Hangovers
40 year old virgin
This is the end
Popstar never stop never stopping
Naming a few. I was wondering if there were any released this decade, that may have been under looked, or I’m looking at this with rose coloured glasses, but I have not heard of many comedies this decade doing well. Off the top of my head, I can only name the naked gun reboot, and that time loop movie with andy samberg. What are some great comedies released this decade, that may have been under looked?
