Hi! I’m a Cape native/local doing a staycation this weekend and I am PUMPED! I’m hoping you guys can share what’s up for this weekend - for the love of God, no Lobster Pot, Post Office drag brunch, etc. (not that there’s anything wrong with them, just been there done that). To that end, I’m fine with touristy, but I’m a queer 30something who has been coming there all year round since I was a kid - this is my first time staying overnight as an adult and I’d like to feel like it :*)

Hi all, I’m in MA - where Achieve is not - and I’m looking for solid recs for HELOC providers and/or insights I might be missing (without the hard sell of contacting lenders!). I am a single homeowner with a high 600-low 700 credit score, ~$195K mortgage against an approximate FMV of $600K, and I earn ~$100K gross per year. Goals are to pay down minor credit card debt incurred during grad school and do necessary repairs to my fixer-upper - I don’t plan on drawing from it absent these needs, and frankly quite conservatively as I plan on this being my “forever home.” What do?
