WYR cut transportation costs by half or cut transportation time by half?

Either perk applies to anything that you ride on that uses some kind of motor (like a motorized scooter, vehicle, bus, plane, ship). This does not include transportation where you, another person, or an animal exert energy (like walking, riding a bike, riding a horse).

For cutting transportation time, this ability will magically make it so everything conveniently works out so you get to a location twice as quick, even if you're in a traffic jam. This ability does not make vehicles faster (it uses unusual powers to move you faster). If you use your own vehicle, your vehicle will still wear down like if you travelled normally, including gas, oil, battery. This ability does not apply when waiting in a line at an airport or waiting for a taxi/bus.

For cutting transportation costs, if you use your own vehicle, the cost of maintaining the entire vehicle will be cut in half, including gas, oil, battery, as well as getting new tires, spark plugs, or anything else that is needed to keep the vehicle running legally. This ability does not apply to cosmetic things like radios, paint jobs, AC.

The problem with the current weight system, where fighters get weighed the day before their match, is that fighters are allowed to rehydrate to whatever weight they feel like in the 24 hours after the official weigh-in. So it's common for fighters to rehydrate 10-20lbs in those 24 hours.

Weight classes aren't perfect, some fighters will naturally sit in the middle of two weight classes. To solve the problem of weight bullying while giving fighters some leeway with the weight classes, I think a good solution would be to have 2 official weigh-ins.

The 1st would be the day before the match, like it is now, and the 2nd would be an hour before the match. For the 1st weigh in, you just make the assigned weight to the weight class, for example 154lbs. For the 2nd weigh in, you're only allowed to rehydrate up to 1/2 of the next weight class jump.

In my scenario, 154lbs would be Light Welterweight, so the next weight class would be Middleweight at 160lbs. A weight jump of 6lbs. So for the 2nd weigh in, you're only allowed to weigh up to 157lbs (154lbs + 3lbs).

The 2nd weigh in would have to be done in the locker rooms (but you can still have a camera man back there).

So, AWESOME IDEA??
