So my husband has been on medication for sperm count (he’s on TRT- long term, added in HCG and FSH exactly a year ago)

In October he finally had a normal sperm count, morphology was lower so we added in vitamins.

Fast forward to now, we still have not had any success. Is there anything I should be asking my fertility clinic?

My periods are irregular (still though between 28-40 day cycles), I do have a peak opk and I have a temp shift after. I’m not sure if we should try for a few more months since technically he’s only been “fertile” since October.

I had blood work and HSG/sono last year. Everything came back normal and I’m lost at if we should continue naturally, see if there’s any medications, or go on to different routes.
