After long time
I need one suggestion is 3 or 6 months service package is better choice ?
I got an Airtel WiFi connection installed about two weeks ago, and initially it worked fine. But for the past two days, there’s been no internet at all.
I’ve been trying to reach their support/executive repeatedly—easily over 50 calls—but no one answers. No response, no follow-up, nothing. It’s like once they’ve sold you the connection, you’re no longer a priority.
What really bothers me is the billing. The plan is for 28 days, but if the service doesn’t work for 2 days, those days are just gone. There’s no extension, no compensation—basically, the customer just has to accept the loss.
Now I’ve reached a point where I just want to disconnect the service, but even that seems impossible because no one is picking up the phone.
Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. It feels like Airtel only cares about getting new customers, not supporting them afterward.
I had an Airtel WiFi connection installed at my home around 15 days ago. In the beginning, everything was working perfectly, so I had no complaints.
But over the last two days, the internet has completely stopped working. Since then, I’ve been trying to get in touch with their executive—must have called 40–50 times by now—but there’s been zero response. No callbacks, no updates, nothing.
What’s even more annoying is their billing system. The plan runs for 28 days, but if the service is down for a couple of days, it doesn’t seem to concern them at all. Those lost days aren’t compensated in any way, which feels unfair.
At this point, I’m honestly just tired and want to cancel the connection altogether. But even for that, I can’t get through to anyone. It’s like once the installation is done, you’re completely on your own.
Overall, this has been a really frustrating experience. It gives the impression that customer support isn’t a priority after the connection is sold.
I got an Airtel WiFi connection installed at my home about 15 days ago, and everything seemed fine initially. But for the last two days, the connection has completely stopped working.
I’ve tried calling their executive at least 50 times, but no one is picking up. It feels like they’re just ignoring the issue and doing things on their own terms.
The frustrating part is their billing cycle. Their plan is for 28 days, right? So even though my WiFi hasn’t worked for the past two days, it doesn’t seem to matter to them. I still won’t get those two days back—I can only use it for 28 days, not 30.
On top of that, I now want to disconnect the service because I’m really fed up, but again, no one is answering my calls.
This feels like complete negligence from Airtel. Once they install the connection, customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter anymore. It’s like: get the customer, take the money, and then forget about everything else.
