Well it has happened. I just got out of a Thor approved rehabilitation program in Atlanta because my first dui instead of going to jail for a year that’s what they offered. I got the letter of completion literally like 2 weeks ago. The reason why it was a felony was because my gf was in the car and she was hurt that night so it was dui with injury this happened in 2020. After it happened we had a child together water under the bridge and my daughter is 4 now. I just got to where I can take care of my daughter again because I was gone for a long time in that rehab for my first dui. They put me on probation for 10 freaking years for this.

A week ago, I was riding a bike and I had a few drinks although I don’t think I was over the limit. Anyways a police officer came up behind me and shined his lights. I stopped he did all the walk in a line test, did the look left right deal, stand on one leg (which I can’t even do this sober I have had vertigo for years). He took me to jail that night. I bailed out. Anyways I chose to not do the breath test that day, they also didn’t give me the chemical blood test at the jail so can’t I fight this and win this? My po officer called me today and she found out about it today and first she said it’s really not a huge deal and it was a misdemeanor, I’ll get it taken care of I just need to video call you. Then she hung up the phone called back and said just come see me on Monday you need to find a rehab to go to cause that rehab you went to wasn’t a rehab. And I was like WHAT!!!!!!

This can’t be right because the first dui when I showed the paperwork acceptance letter for the Thor approved rehab they accepted it. Anyways that’s all I know. Not sure what to think of this. I don’t want to go to freaking rehab again for something like riding a bike with a couple drinks in my system it seems so overboard and ridiculous I now live in a small town where the cops literally don’t fight real crime they just prey on people. Anyways need help with this one. Should I fight this all the way? I think I must but i don’t know anything about probation or whatever so.

Also they towed my freaking e-bike - if I was living in Atlanta I would 100% not get stopped for this it’s just in this small town I’m like the only one out there riding on my e-bike at 9pm. If I were in Atlanta I’d just blend in with 100 other people enjoying a bike ride with a slight buzz. I really think this is all ridiculous.
