Does anyone know when we will be able to DM QMs on the Outlier community platform? I currently don’t have the messaging option.

I have 6 vetted skills and a QA score of 4.33/5. Support told me the client changed the required skills, so my rate was cut. No individual adjustments are possible apparently.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is there any way to get a better rate?
