Hello everyone,
For th last couple months I really have been struggling with weight loss like I feel like I try everything and nothing helps
I am 21 year old male and I weight 96 kg, I walk around 12,000 steps everyday, I gym 4 days a week and do long distance runs twice a week, I am only on 1 chronic medication for epilepsy,
And for diet I eat 120grams of broccoli a gem squash 4 table spoons of olive oil two chicken breast and 4 scoops of whey protein powder, I really do t know what I am doing wrong there is slight body recomposition but scale wise it remains around 96-95 kg
I do however struggle with high cortisol
