Hi all!

I am debating signing a lease on an apartment on Spaulding in Zone 10 that does not come with a parking spot. I have never had to deal with street parking though let alone in LA. I understand the permits help make things a bit easier, but I am wondering if anyone lives in this zone and the average time circling the block to find a spot? I will probably be working from 8-5pm, sometimes 7pm.

Wondering if it's a dealbreaker on the apt and if I should keep my search efforts going for something similar in price but with a parking spot included.
