Hi all,

Long story short I had a 2017 RR Evoque, I bought and used the AT&T Connected Car internet subscription just fine.

Traded in for a 2021 RR Sport HSE Silver, it came with a white SIM card installed, went to AT&T connected car to register and buy the internet, AT&T says my new vehicle isn’t eligible? Called LR and they said it should be working fine?

I’m stumped. Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a different internet provider I should be using?
