Question po, ang owner po ng commercial /retail property to lease out spaces, need po ba magapply ng business permit sa city hall?

Balak mag rent ni lessee for restaurant na ilalagay sa retail space kaya definitely mag a apply sya ng business permit sa city hall.

If need nga po, bale dalawang permit sa iisang property yung aaplayan, tama po ba?
