I’m moving to DC this summer and looking for apartment buildings for a studio/1B1B. Max budget is 1700.

I looked at 3003 van ness and horrible reviews. Has anyone lived there? I like the price point there.

Suggest other buildings too! On Red Line/easy commute to AU.
