new to project scheduling and using ms project. i have been learning how to create schedules from scratch on complex projects. work breakdown structures seem to confuse me more since it is always just a list of activities and not very detailed. i am very much learning as I go but I really would like to get better at the skills. i know things take time but any advice would be appreciated for schedule development as a whole.
any advice or thoughts on project schedule development, tips, etc. right now there are templates going off of work breakdown structures but those can be so high level and not in the weeds. I’m still new and figuring things out on my own. it’s also hard still learning the right questions to ask and learning the whole projects too. I’m still learning the industry so that will take time. i get frustrated because i don’t see progress right away.. but trying to develop from scratch can be very challenging. it makes me feel dumb lol
