Both of my parents are kagawad,will they get kick out of their position If I left?

I been into three "Tungkulin" or what I call them church duties in my entire life,I quit my first one more then half a decade ago,quit the second one a few months ago due to mental stress,pressure,and disinterest got myself involve into another that's more relaxing compare to the first and second one earlier.

What they always say is that church duties is a blessing and we should always say that we should do them until we die,my question to the bible reader's is that is this actually true?

I been wondering this throughout my entire career and I'm wondering if this was directly stated in the bible,which I do read some quote's from time to time but never found the link between what they say about church duties.

Tatlo po Tungkulin na pinaghirapan ko po sa buong buhay ko,isat isa nawala dahil sa mental health,pagpipilit,at nakakainis palagi na sinasabi biyaya daw ito na dapat natin tumupad manggang mamatay tayo.

Naiinis na ako,hindi ako bible reader pero nag babasa ako ng qoute galing doon lahat yon totoo pero yung magalang ko po tinatanong sa inyo king meron ba talaga na sinasabibsa biblia dapat tungkulin hanggang kamatayan?
