Ran tesamorelin + ipamorelin for 3 months and wanted to share actual results since I couldn't find much online prior to my cycle.

Starting stats (Feb 2026):

  • 185 lbs
  • ~18% BF (estimate)

Current stats (~3 months):

  • 169 lbs
  • ~14% BF (estimate)
  • ~16 lbs lost total (~1.2 lbs/week)

Protocol:

  • Tesamorelin: 1 mg daily (fasted AM)
  • Ipamorelin: 300 mcg daily
  • Creatine: 3g daily

Diet & training:

  • ~500 calorie deficit
  • Protein ~180g/day
  • Lifting 2x/week
  • Cardio: training for tri (swim/bike/run ~2x each per week)

Changes I noticed:

  • Most noticeable difference was lower belly fat (main problem area)
  • Overall leanness improved (face, waist, and midsection tightened up)
  • Maintained strength and muscle in the gym despite the deficit
  • Weight loss was very steady week to week
  • Sleep improved a lot
