Need some honest advice

Really been training hard and eating well in a deficit. However, as a natural the fat loss is obviously slow and my gains have completely stalled. I have trained for 3 years regularly. Tried cjc plus ipa but that fucked my sleep up ( I already take meds for insomnia) and just increased hunger.

Was advised by my fitness coach to take hgh , but im worried about insulin resistance and pituitary shutting down. Cost is not a problem, just need to know which will help me lose the maximum amount of fat and gain slight muscle ( I know GH dosent really increase muscle mass much )

This is the second time this has happened to me. 2 separate 10mg bottles. First I reconstituted with 1ml of BAC and second bottle I reconstituted with 2ml of BAC. Same problem both times. The Tes isn’t fully liquid, turned into a gelatinous gel and appears to need to be liquified further or melted. Has anyone else run into this? The fridge is normal temp. Just happening to the Tes. Don’t know if I should toss, leave at room temp (65) or blow dry. We’re talking like 15mg of product unusable.

I’ve been ordering TRT through trtnation for a number of years.

Over the past year I was trying Tesamorelin, and told now they cannot deliver to Minnesota. I tried to order Tirzepatide and told the same thing.

I am seeing Tirzepatide posts from people in MN on Facebook posts talking about their results from other national med providers.

When I ask trtnation about why they cannot deliver to my state I get a vague non answers.

Did they lose part of their licensing, or is Minnesota making a big crackdown on these meds?

i added 1mL bac water but barely had any product, i ran out on day 4, is this normal? ik everyone says tesa is expensive so i want to know if this is how their product is or if i should purchase from a different company

I’ve been taking tesa every morning for a little over a week and a half, last night was my second time taking it in the PM. I noticed waking up less bloated when I would pin in AM. But for the past two mornings I’ve been waking up with water retention in my mid section. I feel like that phase was only the first week but it’s coming back now. I pin at night 2-3 hours post meal. But I feel truly fasted in the AM. Any thoughts on if I should still continue with PM or switch back to AM.

Today is exactly one week of pinning and the water retention started getting bad like two days ago. I get full fast from reta but get the constipation side effect so I try really hard to get my fiber and drink a lot of water throughout the day. But it’s hard to drink a lot of water when I always feel so full and bloated. It seems like everyone’s water retention experience has been different. Any thoughts??
